From your initial contact, our attentive all-woman team at Chance + Co. Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics provides white-glove concierge care that reflects our dedication to your well-being. We work closely with you to schedule an in-person consultation with Dr. Chance in Charlottesville, typically within 3-6 months of your initial contact. A fee of $1,000 is collected for facial rejuvenation and $750 for eyelid rejuvenation to secure your consultation, which becomes nonrefundable within two weeks of your appointment.

During your exclusive one-on-one consultation with Dr. Chance, she devotes her undivided attention to genuinely understanding your aesthetic aspirations, dreams, and concerns. This pivotal step is paramount to building a deep connection between patient and practitioner.

If an in-person consultation is chosen, Dr. Chance will conduct a comprehensive physical examination and evaluate your readiness for the recovery process's physical and emotional aspects.

In harmonious alignment with your desires and the offerings of Chance + Co Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, Dr. Chance presents you with a comprehensive range of options, ensuring that you are well informed of the benefits and risks associated with each. If surgical intervention is deemed the most suitable path, our dedicated care coordinator will provide you with a personalized fee schedule and assist you in selecting a date for your procedure. A 20% deposit secures your appointment, with the deposit becoming non-refundable six weeks before the scheduled surgery.

An Encore of Sophistication: Preoperative Visit

Approximately 4-6 weeks before your procedure, a preoperative visit is scheduled, encompassing a meticulous review of all surgical details, completing the necessary paperwork, and collecting any outstanding balance. For out-of-state patients, a virtual visit may be arranged; however, if both the initial consultation and preoperative visit occur virtually, an in-person review session and physical examination are required, with your arrival planned for the afternoon before the procedure.

During this visit, our caring coordinator also emphasizes the importance of adequate preparation for a seamless recovery and optimal results. A comprehensive checklist guides you through various aspects, such as dietary considerations and stress management. At Chance + Co Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, our objective is to ensure that your experience flows seamlessly.

Elevating the Day of Transformation

Your procedure occurs within a certified outpatient surgery center on the grounds of Martha Jefferson Hospital, which is in the shadow of Dr Chance’s office. As you arrive on the day of your procedure, rest assured that you are Dr. Chance's sole focus. In preparation for your procedure, please refrain from eating or drinking anything (including water) after midnight the night before. We recommend taking an unhurried shower the night to calm your senses and prepare yourself mentally. Remove contact lenses, cosmetics, hairstyling products, and jewelry while ensuring your fingernails are polish-free. Dress comfortably in loose clothing that allows for easy removal. For your convenience and safety, a friend or family member must drive you to and from our center in Charlottesville, VA.
